Alltra reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) without written permission.
• Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities using the Services.

Alltra retains ownership of all intellectual property, software, designs, logos, graphics, educational content, data, and analytics tools. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal or internal business purposes only.

Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by Alltra without restriction or compensation.

You retain ownership of content you upload ("User Content") but grant Alltra a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to host, display, modify, and use such content for operating, improving, or promoting the Services. You represent that you have all rights to submit User Content and that it does not violate any laws or rights of others.

The Services may include links or integrations with third-party services or data providers. Alltra does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, or policies. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Alltra disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Data accuracy, uptime, and performance are not guaranteed.

Trading and investing involve substantial risk. Alltra does not guarantee profits, performance, or accuracy of market data.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alltra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or use.

Alltra's total liability shall not exceed the lesser of the amount paid by you in the preceding twelve (12) months or one hundred (100) U.S. dollars.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alltra, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Alltra may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of Services. Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.

Alltra may revise these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes shall first attempt resolution through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration under JAMS/AAA rules in the State of Georgia.
