Calendar

Feature

Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly views of P&L, with the same table underneath every one of them.

Views

  • A weekly column beside the daily grid, totalling the row it sits on
  • Monthly and yearly calendars, with any month clickable through to its own view
  • Win rate weighted by trade count rather than averaged across days

What the calendar shows at each zoom level

The P&L calendar in Alltra Tracker treats the day as its unit. Each traded day’s cell shows its net P&L and trade count, filled by sign alone, not shaded like a heatmap. At desktop width the Calendar page adds a weekly column that totals each row’s net and trade count, and a week with no trades shows an em dash, not $0.

Monthly and Yearly on the Alltra Tracker Calendar page are two zoom levels on the same days. Monthly reuses the grid from the Performance board's P&L calendar card, as the P&L calendar guide explains, with the weekly column added. Yearly keeps the day as its unit across twelve month grids, and clicking a month opens it in Monthly. In a phone browser the Calendar page shows Monthly only, without the weekly column.

How the table under the calendar adds up

The breakdown table on the Alltra Tracker Calendar page has a row per week in Monthly or per month in Yearly, then Average and Total rows. Avg win day, Avg loss day, Best day and Worst day measure days, not trades: a calendar day knows its total but not the trades inside it. The Total is recomputed from the period’s own days rather than summed from the rows.

Win % in the Alltra Tracker Calendar page’s table is trade-weighted: each day’s win rate counts in proportion to its trades, so a quiet day counts for less than a busy one. A one-trade day at 100% and a twenty-trade day at 50% average 75% day by day, but 52% by trades: 11 winners out of 21. A week or month with no trades shows an em dash, not 0%.

From a calendar day to its daily report

Clicking a traded day on the Alltra Tracker Calendar page, or on the P&L calendar card of the Performance board, opens that day’s daily report: the trades you took, the curve they made and the day’s figures. The day rail beside the report reads the same monthly figures as the calendar, so a day cannot show one net in the grid and another in the rail.

The date a trade lands on in the Alltra Tracker calendar is set in Settings › Preferences: the timezone decides the calendar date, and Trading Day Rollover can file an overnight futures trade against its session. The timezone moves the calendar, the daily report and the win rate together, so set it before importing history.
