A theme that only recolours the chrome is a theme that leaves you with a blue chart on a green workspace. These six run all the way down: the accent your P&L is drawn in, the badge on a funded account, the highlight on a selected row, the sidebar you look at all day.

Light and dark are not two themes

Each accent is authored once and resolved for both grounds, so the green you pick is the same green in either mode rather than a second colour that happens to be nearby. Switching at four in the afternoon does not change what your charts mean.

Contrast is not optional

Every accent is checked against the surfaces it lands on before it ships. A theme that makes a loss unreadable is not a preference we are willing to offer, however good it looks in a screenshot.
